Banana peanut butter smoothie for weight loss and weight management

This is a smoothie you can take any time and you will have a full stomach for sure with lower calories.

This recipe is rich in protein and fat but good kind of fats.

Ingredients

Banna (frozen or fresh)

Peanut butter

Oats

Honey(if you want that extra sweetness)

Milk (low fat or any vegan such as almond milk or oat milk)

How to prepare

Add 1 medium size banana to 200 ml milk and also add 20 gms oats and 1 tbsp of peanut butter to it.

Now add honey for more sweetness and it os totally optional.

Blend it well.

Now add this smoothie into tall glass and garnish with almond slices and some chia seeds.

Enjoy your low calorie and delicious smoothie:)
